5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
5:46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
5:47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Jesus calls for Christians to be perfect, just like how God is perfect. God loves everybody, evil people and good people. God does good things for good people and evil people. Jesus tells us to do the same: love your enemies as well as your friends. Do good things even to people who hate you. Don't just pray for your friends, also pray for your enemies. It is a big thing to ask of us, so you will need to pray for God to help you do it. However, it is fair for God to ask us to do this. God loved us all so much that he sent Jesus to earth to die so that we could be saved from sin and evil. God did this for you before you loved Him. You were an enemy to God before you repented from sin and decided to follow God - but he still loved you. Now it's up to you to love your enemies, so that they can get a glimpse of God's glory, so that they can repent and become one of God's children.
God bless you.
